I am so sorry for not posting recently I have been really focused on school work.

Today is New years day today and I’m really excited. Now for me this year was a great year and I know that next year is going to be sooo much better!

In my next blog I will tell you about manifestation on your goals for the new year  so i’ll keep you updated.

Sorry it has taken so long to post, but as many of you know, I have just started High School and I have been really busy with homework and making some amazing new friends. I am so blessed.

Recently I managed to interview Judymay Murphy. She is awesome and really pretty. I enjoyed hearing her speak as it was clear that she loved her life and was really happy.

I make it an aim that when I hear great speakers, I aim to take at least one piece of information away. Here Judymay gives three amazing insights for me. Check out the video and see what you take away.

My take away were the three biggest learnings that Judymay has had since she started: everything is going to be okay; stand up for yourself; and play it BIG!

Around the UK children are returning or starting school. Here is me on my first day at high school.

The lesson is clear. You can dream and wish all you want but it is only when you take action and work towards that dream that you reach it. I dreamt of this school, yet I still had to work hard to pass the exams and impress at the interview to obtain my dream.

One of my mentors has a saying, “Once Impossible, Now Easy!” This is how it felt for me today at my new high school.

I wish everyone returning or starting school over this next week to shine brightly and make the world a better place.

I had an awesome day on Monday! I spent the day with my parents and some really good friends in Alton Towers theme park.

It was great fun. We all left together in one car – all eight of us at 6am! We arrived at the park so early that we couldn’t get in, so we had to sit and have a coffee while we waited until 10am.

As the gates opened we flooded through to get onto the ride Oblivion! Now my Mum loved roller-coasters when she was younger, but somehow as she has got older she has become fearful of them.

She stood in the queue with us terrified. She was so nervous I didn’t think that she was going to get on. There was another lady there who was equally scared and I really thought that they would run away and not join us.

But then my Mum said she knew that it is the fear itself that she was afraid of, not the ride. She realised that the anticipation that she was feeling was more than what would actually happen if she faced her fear.
So we all got on the ride including my Mum! On the way up she was shouting and screaming that she was loving, driven and focussed. And guess what, she was was! She was driven to face her fear and focussed on the fact that she knew she feared the anticipation more.

She loved the ride so much that she made us all do it again! She faced her fears and did it anyway, twice! And then many more times on all the other rides at the park.

I have had the most amazing nine days of intensive speaking and business training. Wow, I have learnt so much!

You see one of my mentors couldn’t be at the trainings and I didn’t know how it would work out with them not there. But other students like me stepped up to be Assessors and Facilitators. This made the challenge bigger. They were hard markers! They expected more from me, as I have been training with this group for two years.

The feedback was that I have to step up and play a bigger game. So now I am writing my presentation for my next speaking event in October and will include all these lessons:

• Get Over It – when something happens that is not expected, just Get Over It and carry on as you were before.
• Using hypnotic language patterns – you do want to shine, don’t you, because the fact that you are reading this blog means that you do want to shine.
• The importance of training – train, train, train and train to make my presentation even better.

I knew that I was going to have an amazing weekend and that is exactly what I had.

On Wednesday last week, I got to see my mentor Dr Topher Morrison on stage at the YES Group – he was awesome! He is such a great presenter, I learn so much from him. He was really funny and mentioned me loads of times in his presentation when he had to explain old-fashioned equipment; everyone was laughing so much.

While we were at the YES Group, we got news that my other mentor Clinton Swaine was not going to make it to the UK for his free seminar Play To Win that weekend – I was really upset. My Mum just did what she does best and organised. Between her and some other Frontier Trainings people they coordinated the event that would involve some of Clinton’s  students presenting – one of those was my Dad!

So over the next 24hrs five students drilled and drilled and drilled the presentations so they were able to present in excellence. We welcomed 115 participants through the door and on the Sunday despite Clinton not being there, there were till 85 participants in the room having an amazing time.

They all did whatever it took to get it done

I was proud of everyone especially my Dad who is teaching me all about marketing.

The whole event was awesome. It taught me that all the learnings and training I have received from Topher and Clinton really does work. But only when you continue the training yourself.

So next time you learn something new or are taught something new, train it until you become the best in it.

I dare you to train to shine.

I am really excited because at the end of this month Play To Win is coming back to the UK. This was the course that inspired me on my journey to being  the UK’s youngest inspirational speaker.

Now I don’t understand why doesn’t everyone Play To Win? Why would someone want to start a game or a competition just to take part? When we play games as children we do it to have fun and do it to win, that this the whole object of playing games.

So why are people so slow to take up the chance to play games with amazing like minded people for FREE. I think it is really strange. If someone said to me, come to an event for FREE for three days, play games to learning marketing, sales, business, systems, speaking and have fun while your doing it, I would jump a the chance.

It’s an event for all the family, particularly if your children are over eight. And what is so special about this date is that it is during the school holidays, so is a great opportunity for families to come along and Play To Win together.

This week I took Monday off school to attend the last day at the National Achievers Congress 2011.

You see the Monday was a really special day, when Sir Richard Branson was due to speak. So let me ask you this question:

Would you learn more spending 6.5 hours in school or 90 minutes listening to Sir Richard?

Now we might get into trouble for me missing school but I have been taught that rules are breakable providing you need to evaluate the consequences up front. I think that this rule was well worth breaking.

I also broke another rule as I filmed some of Sir Richards interview. It gave me so much value, I knew that you would get value too so this is my gift to you, as I believe that like me he truly wants to make this world a better place.

I’m daring you to make the world a better place too.

I have had the most amazing three days!

Saturday at the NAC I saw Anthony Robbins, T Harv Eker and Robert G Allen. I have interviewed T Harv already, he’s great. I got to connect with Robert Allen, he’s going to send me autographed copies of his books!

On Sunday, I got goose bumps when I saw Lord Alan Sugar. He gave great value and talked about the youth being the future of British business.

Then on Monday I didn’t go to school to attend the last day. Yes, I know I may get in trouble but if you had to choose between going to school for 6.5 hours or listening to Sir Richard Branson for 90 minutes, I think you too would make the same choice! As a bonus I also got to see Joseph McClendon III, who I have already interviewed and then Kerwin Rae – he was really funny!

I also made £40.00 in commission in between seeing the speakers. Check out the video and see how much fun I had.
