Training
Hi everyone,
I have had an exciting summer which has been full of training and learning new skills. I had set myself 3 goals which you can see below
Learning to Ice Skate

I spent the summer learning how to ice skate. after six weeks I moved up to level 3. In between lessons I trained the moves over and over and over again. I can now ice skate backwards and know how to stop. I have now been booked on another six weeks course to move up even further. I am always hungry for coaching so I can better and better.

Prepare a 1 hour Keynote Presentation
Up until now I have not spoken for more than 25 minutes. Now I have been asked to do a presentation for 1 hour. So this summer I am going to be learning my 1 hour presentation. My mentor has told me for every5 minutes on stage I have to do 20 hours training.
So I have a lot of work to do!
Exercise
Before I start high school I want to be fitter. So by the time I start school in September I want to be able to run 5k and do 20 press ups and 50 sit ups at a time.

Hi Meg
I was one of the 3000 people you spoke to at Excel this weekend and I thought I would take a quick look at your website. I must congratulate you on the effort you’re putting into achieving your goals and I have no doubt that you are approaching it in the correct way.
I wish you every success with what you are doing and look forward to seeing how you get on in the future.
